ORDERS

• How do I change or cancel my order?

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If you would like to cancel or make any changes to your order you have only 24h to make this change, please email your request and order number to INFO@AIONWEAR.COM. In the event of a canceled order request, you will receive a refund confirmation email once your order has been canceled.

*Please note: Refund payments may take 2-3 business days depending on your card issuer's policies.

• What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal.

• Why was my order canceled?

Every order is unique so reasons for cancellations and delays vary. Aionwear strives to keep merchandise status up-to-date but occasionally there are situations when an item may be out of stock and not evident until the fulfillment process. This can be due to damaged items, high order volume, etc.
Your order maybe has been canceled due to declined by our security verification system. They can be, but not limited to:
- Quantity of items ordered.
- The address and the telephone number you provided for your credit card account does not match what your bank has on file.

• My order was canceled but why were funds were still deducted from my bank account!

In the event of your order refunded or canceled, It may take 1-3 business days based on your credit card issuer's policies for funds to be available back in your account.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE

• What is your return policy?

All products sold at Aionwear.com include a 30-day money-back guarantee. You can read more information about our Return Policy Here.

• Do you accept exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will still have what the item(s) that you want at that time.

SHIPPING

• How much does shipping cost?

Aionwear.com delivery is 100% Free at $301. Please check our Shipping policy page for more pricing information. And we usually process your orders within 3-5 business days and deliveries take between 8 and 12 days for most orders. However, shipping times also depend on what you purchased or where you live. Due to the high demand, the distance between countries, the slowness of postal services and delays in shipping, the processing of your order can sometimes take up to 10 working days and its delivery, up to 1 month.

• How do I know if my order shipped?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with tracking information.
